Returns Policy

At Allies of Travel, we want you to love your travel essentials. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • Personal care, beauty, or wellness items (e.g. creams, sprays) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@alliesoftravel.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items
